Shipping

  1. When will my order ship?

    As some items are made on a per order basis, ALL orders will be shipped within 10 business days of purchase.

    Please be aware due to order volume holiday orders may take a few extra days to ship.

  2. How will my order be shipped?

    To keep shipping cost low for customers, I ship ALL orders via USPS First Class service unless other wise requested. If you would like your order shipped via a different method or service please contact me before or within 24 hours of placing your order.

  3. What is your cut off date for Holiday orders?

     

     

    Domestic/Continental US

    First Class Mail: December 14th

    Priority Mail Shipping Upgrade: December 18th


     

    Military Mail APO/FPO/DPO AE

    First Class Mail: December 1st

    Priority Mail Shipping Upgrade: December 3rd


    International

    First Class Mail: December 1st

    Priority Mail Shipping Upgrade: Please contact me regarding International Priority Shipping ([email protected])

     

     




    *Please be aware I cannot guarantee holiday deliver after the above listed dates. All orders are shipped via USPS first class service. 

  4. Can I return an item(s) for a refund?

    If an item is received damaged or you receive the wrong item you must contact me within 48 hours of receiving  (ie. confirmed USPS tracking # delivery) with a photo. I will then refund your shipping cost so you may return the item for replacement or repair. No Refunds will be given only exchanges.

Ordering

  1. Are your Robots available anywhere else online?

    At this time Sleepy Robot sare only available via my Etsy shop, but I will be launching a Store Evny shop that can be found here  SOON!

  2. Are Sleepy Robots available at any retail stores?

    Sleepy Robots are currently Available at the following locations:

    *Only a small selection is available in shop. If you are local you can arrange for orders to be picked up here.


  3. Do you offer discounts on large orders?

    It depends on the item(s) and the amount. Your order must contain 6 or more items to be considered for discount.

    You must contact me 1st to receive a discount on your order. I will not apply a discount to an order once it has been placed.

    Some items will not be discounted due to cost of materials or length of time it takes to create.

  4. Do you offer Coupons?

    Yes. There are some on going coupons available to Sleepy Robot 13 Facebook fans and Sleepy Robot 13 blog readers.  Sales and coupon codes are usually posted in the blog, facebook and via twitter.

  5. Can I purchase a gift certificate?

    I do not offer gift certificates at this time, but you can purchase Etsy gift cards that can be used in my shop and hundreds of others.

  6. Can I return an item(s) for a refund?

  7. I saw Superhero, Disney, Cosplay ect. themed robots at a show/on your Instagram, but they are not in your online shop. Why?

    As many of these robots have features inspired by licensed characters, in the past several  listings have been removed by Etsy. To avoid further takedowns I only sell these items at conventions, events and shows. Also due to the nature of these Items I only make a small amount of each design before it is retired. Once a design is retired it will NOT be remade, even for custom orders.

Custom Orders

  1. Do You Take Commissions, Request Or Custom Orders?

    No. Sorry, but I no longer accept any custom orders, requests or commissions. I apologize for the inconvenience. 

  2. How far in advanced should I contact you for a custom item?

    *I AM NO LONGER ACCEPTING CUSTOM ORDERS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*

    Please contact me reguarding  ALL custom orders 1-2 months in advance of date needed.

    Christmas/Holiday Orders: ALL custom orders must be in NO LATER than November 1st for completetion/delivery in time for the holidays.

Misc.

  1. Can copy any of your robots and sell them?

    No! As I am seeing an increasing number of copies of my robots popping up on Etsy and Artfire I must reiterate that Sleepy Robots are copyrighted and reproducing them in anyway for sale is copyright infringement!

  2. Can I re-sell Sleepy Robots in my Etsy Shop

    No.

  3. I bought an item a while ago & it broke. What type of glue should I use to fix it?

    If it was a clean break these items can be easily repaired by placing a dot or two of super glue on both pieces and holding together for 10 seconds.


    *Please DO NOT use Elmer's glue or white school glue. Normally it will not hold and if it does it will leave a globby unattractive mess on your figurine.

  1. My item was broken when I received it. What do I do?

     

    I strive to for 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback and I will do my best to make things right!
